Booking RV parking (parking lots for campers)

RV PARKING LOTS STILL AVAILABLE!

To access the designated area for campers (RV parking) those who are interested are required to make a reservation.

Parking lots for campers are n.200 and are subject to availability.

RV parking, situated in front of the venue, has a cost of Euro 250 for all the five days of unrolling of the event (from 7 October 2015 to 12 October 2015). There is the possibility of splitting the total amount of Euro 300 for single day, at a cost of Euro 80 per day.

Priority in assignment of parking lot will be given to those who wish to be present for the entire duration of the event .

Reservations can only be made by filling in the downloadable form and sending it to the e-mail:

Following the order of receipt of the reservation and subject to availability, the Organizing Committee will provide to send the acceptance to the person concerned and will communicate the details for making the payment by bank transfer or credit card (in case of no-payment, the reservation will be deleted).

Only after having received the payment, the Organization Committee will provide to send the pass for the access to the parking area, but not before 1st September 2015. The pass must compulsorily be shown at the entrance of the RV parking.

Parking lots will be assigned by the Organizing Committee the day of arrival. It is not allowed to choose the location of the vehicle.

Unless different authorization from the Organization, RV parking will be available on Wednesday 7th October 2015 from 10,00 a.m. until 7,00 p.m.. Departures must end on Monday 12th October 2015 by 10,00 a.m.
